Your information, explained.

This notice covers the Ping early-access website and proof-of-concept demo. Ping is a pre-launch project led by Michael Hezekiah. This website does not offer live financial services.

Early-access information

If you choose to join, we store your email address, selected country connection, signup time, the version of the consent wording and a campaign source label. We use these to organise early access and send the Ping updates you requested. We do not send an automatic confirmation email in this version.

Your choice

Consent is the basis for early-access updates. You can withdraw using the private link displayed after a new signup. Keep that link private. You can also request access, correction or deletion by contacting hezekiahmike@gmail.com. Please use the email you registered with so we can verify the request. Withdrawing does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of your consent.

The interactive demo

The people, messages, rates, goals and balances in the demo are fictional examples. Your demo payments, conversations and applied reserves are saved in your browser’s local storage and are not transmitted as payment or conversation records. Compass has a separate, explicit AI-analysis action described below. Please avoid entering sensitive or real financial information. “Reset demo” clears this local demo state. Closing a tab does not necessarily clear it.

Ping Balance

The planner processes example commitments, hypothetical exchange-rate changes and voluntary contribution caps in your browser. Applying reserves saves those amounts to local demo storage. The relay draft excludes the sender’s private balance, bills and goals. It is not delivered to other people. The model does not connect to a bank or make forecasts.

Ping Compass AI analysis

Comparing options and using Opportunity Check runs calculations locally. If a live AI connection is configured and you consent to analysis, the app sends the request you enter, the planning figures shown in the form, calculated options and any optional investment idea to OpenAI, routed through Vercel AI Gateway on the independent website. It does not send your conversation history, transaction records or signup email. Use fictional information in this prototype.

The server requests an unstored response and does not intentionally save prompts or explanations in the application database. Vercel also processes the request to route it to the model provider. This does not mean zero provider retention: OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring data under its API policies, normally for up to 30 days. See OpenAI’s data controls. AI explanations are held in the current page state and are cleared when you edit the inputs or leave the feature. The public relay proposal is generated from the shared goal and contributions only; it does not copy the AI prompt, your private commitments or the investment idea.

The AI endpoint uses temporary hashed network counters and a daily request counter to limit use. Expired entries are removed on later requests. No real trade or payment can be executed by the model.

Ping Assist

The current assistant uses a small rules-based parser in your browser. It does not contact an AI provider or analyse messages outside the text you choose to enter. No payment is initiated by the assistant.

Hosting and abuse prevention

The independent version of the website uses Vercel hosting and a Turso/libSQL early-access database. The earlier preview remains on Sites/Cloudflare during the transition. Hosting providers may process normal connection, security and access logs. Signup protection temporarily stores a hashed network signature and a request count for up to approximately an hour; expired records are cleared on subsequent signup requests. The application adds no advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers may apply their own security cookies and access controls. No ChatGPT account is required for the independent website.

Retention and access

Early-access information is kept for the preview programme while your consent remains in place. The project operator can access the list to manage the programme. A withdrawal request removes your active signup and withdrawal token from the application database. Infrastructure logs or provider backups may be retained under their own policies. We do not sell the list.
